This Medical Alert Card can be customized, including uploading a digital photo (if you have one). The current design is for people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or other condition that causes Restrictive Lung Disease. People with RLD need to be very cautious when receiving supplimental oxygen. There are also warnings about the use of anesthetics, narcotics, and stimulants, all of which must be used with extreme caution for persons with Duchenne. (Medical professionals rarely are aware of the impact of neuromuscular diseases beyond "weak muscles".)
